For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
A little rabbit warren in the heart of Chester.Rustic decor to suit the age of the building.Beautiful and tasteful.Super comfy and spotlessly clean.A large screen smart tv in every bedroom which I didn’t expect. The owner messages immediately to any queries I had before arrival.
The staff were fantastic, couldn’t do enough. From check in (Barney was soo professional and friendly) to the bar staff and restaurant staff were all top notch. Encountered an extremely professional and super smiley and helpful young lady called Lavinia 😊
What a lovely weekend. We had the most amazing 2 nights in Willow Farm. On arrival we were welcomed and shown to our pod, owners are really friendly. As soon as we walked inside, the pod was spotless, smelt beautiful and the little touches of milk and teabags and mini toiletries made it extra special.
Great location, lovely nearby pubs and Broughton Shopping Park is only a 10 minute drive.
We visited Llangollen and Alyn Waters whilst staying at Willow Farm.
Can’t recommend this place enough.
Stunning location. Tucked away on a large farm, very peaceful and tranquil stay. Loved hearing the horses. Made use of the BBQ in the evening. Very comfy. If I could award this property 11/10 I would
Willow farm glamping what a lovely little place pods are clean beds are very comfy a lovely warm welcome from the host we will be booking here again thats for sure
It's a magical little shepherd's hut in a beautiful, completely private location. South facing, so the sun is out all day, if you are lucky with the weather, as we were. The view is magnificent, you can see for miles, and it's so peaceful and relaxing. The hut is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. We didn't meet the owners, but I'm sure they would have always been around if we needed anything, as the farm is just around the corner. Thoroughly recommend 👌
The location is in a quiet area next to a farm. We could walk to the River Dee and also managed to walk to Chester town in 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this barn retreat for a weekend away!
Beautiful old farm house with lots of original features located in a quiet village. Excellent location with easy access to attractions, local shops, supermarkets, cinemas and restaurants. Plenty of onsite parking and a great wood burning stove in the living room!
