Looking for a farm stay?
For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!

Lovely location - down a little old lane !! It was exceptionally hot that day and the host suggested an old stone barn because it would be cool. It was perfect !!

Modern, clean and open. Hot tub was amazing for us at night. Loved the working farm aspect and the animals. Everything you need is within the property and it’s only 15/20mins from the M5 motorway.

Very peaceful, space finished to high standard and great hosts who made us feel very welcome. Able to take our little boy to see the ducks and sheep on the farm. Hosts provided a Weber BBQ for our use.

Gorgeous, big, comfortable room with lots of character and lovely views of the cottage gardens and farm. Great exclusive breakfast room with a small patio, sofa, and TV as well as tea and coffee facilities. We stayed here as a half way on our way to Cornwall and were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was, especially for the reasonable price, including full English breakfast! Great hosts too!

Once more at Shave Farm. Very warm welcome from Kate and James. A much needed pot of tea and biscuits upon arrival in front of a roaring fire. Superb accommodation, a large and most comfortable bed, en suite bathroom very good. An amazing, delicious breakfast. A perfect rural location and easy to find. Kate and James the perfect hosts, nothing too much trouble for them. Thoroughly recommended!

Shave Farm is an outstanding B&B. Kate and James were perfect hosts, they made us feel really welcome. The breakfast can be requested when you get there, and is highly recommended, it was delicious. The cider barn itself is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, it had everything we needed.

The views were amazing, the barn itself modern, clean, everything you needed was there, plus still in keeping with the rustic style of an old barn. The owners were friendly and informative and not forgetting Jumble, lovely, friendly dog.
