Rustic country feel with a wonderfully tasteful decor that makes it feel like home. Gill was an absolute delight; nothing was ever too much and she was very accommodating, offering enjoyable conversation throughout the stay.
Huge bed room and bath room, very spacious, calm and gorgeous view of the farm animals . Great breakfast made with fresh ingredients, great dinner upon request. Just a perfect and calm get away with lovely people .
Idealisation of a rural location: ancient timbered farmhouse as background with planked building in which to stay. Chickens, dogs, horses to watch against a wonderful green valley view. Owners could not have been more charming and helpful. Lovely eats left in cottage to keep us going and produce from the garden freely given.
Lovely quiet cosy clean cottage with everything you need and parking right outside.
On arrival the keys were in the door and friendly host Sally came over to greet us.
Welcome goodies provided of local cider, eggs from the farm, and yummy chocolate brownies!
