Carraige cottage is a lovely,clean wee property in a quiet relaxing location.
We were looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet and this ticks the box.
The hot tub was excellent and the nice,thick fluffy towels were a little bit of luxury.
The property is also wheelchair accessible,a step to get in, but once in the space works well.
Staff were welcoming,friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend this property.

For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Good directions for getting there. Ample parking. Often accommodation is too warm, Thirdpart farm was perfect with an easy to use heater if it had been needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.Plenty complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits. Thirdpart farm is in a quiet rural area yet only half an hour from Glasgow or Ayr. It is a big, old, spacious farm house with character. The hosts seemed to appear when I needed them and that was the only time I saw them. Great breakfast options.
Fox House is a beautiful old Scottish farmhouse. Our room was really spacious and beautifully furnished. There is a very good heater to keep the room cosy. The bathroom is also large and very nicely presented. Our breakfasts were exceptional and served with a friendly chat.
The guesthouse was a lovely farmhouse, the host was very welcoming. The cottages are fantastically well furnished with outdoor hot tub and a great little place to enjoy a short break
