This is a lovely place to stay, it's off the beaten track in a beautiful rural setting. When we arrived we were greeted by Chris who brought us tea and cake to a seat by the stream which runs through the garden. Beautiful room and I loved watching the birds come to the window feeder. Breakfast was enormous with loads of choice. We were visiting friends who live nearby, and will definitely be returning to Kingsley Cottage on our next trip down.
Perfect location for exploring! Lovely setting within a small holding farm with chickens, goats and sheep! Clean, well appointed and comfortable cottage that is bigger than the pictures indicate. Sarah (the host) is wonderful!
This was definitely the best booking we have ever made on booking.com! The location isn’t far from Bude for a beach day, and small towns around to get supply’s. The hosts were lovely and friendly, with beautiful dogs!!
Walks around the farm were stunning and very peaceful. We stayed two nights which was absolutely perfect for a peaceful getaway.
the shepherds hut was unbelievably comfortable and cosy, even in this roasting summer it was nice and cool in the evenings. facilities were all we needed.
Lovely apartment in a glorious rural setting in Devon. Lakes and fields to wander about in at the site. Private and peaceful. Everything you needed for a great stay was provided.
An idyllic rural retreat, Ray and Anne were wonderful hosts, made us feel welcome from the start. Our main aim was for a relaxed break which the Kingsley Cottage B&B certainly provided. Lovely room, and a great breakfast each morning.
