For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Good location for stopover to/from Calais but also close to amazing beaches and plenty of places of interest to visit by car if staying longer.
Very little English spoken but host friendly and able to communicate using Google Translator on mobile phone.
Working farm, beautifully presented.
We could not get WiFi connection but host's son very attentive and resolved this by tethering to alternative (host families) WiFi.
The owners were very friendly and showed us around the farm. The room was very clean, with an immaculate modern bathroom. The setting is quiet and peaceful, and we had a very good meal at a local brasserie.
it was ver traditional farm house, very quaint. beautifully remodeled, keeping with style.
facilities were very clean, staff were impeccable and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here it’s a bit into the country side but easy access to main road. unfortunately my French is minimal.
