Bed was comfortable and the place was very close to the lake...just a few minutes drive. As a stop over place to stay, it works. The children enjoyed exploring the farm around it with the cows and rolling hills. I like that it was not loud. We could sleep with the windows open.
Our room was in a separate building without the view to the lake, it made no difference due to mist totally blocking the desirable view. Instead we had a delightful view across some fields and a farm, we woke to the sound of cowbells a far better start to the day. The room was large modern and clean. Breakfast was okay but not great, not the largest selection but a lot was prepackaged. Nice hot sauna and a wonderful relaxation area on the hillside overlooking the lake.
