The hospedaje is located about 3.5 km from Playa Blanca. It’s quiet, very comfortable and the owners are exceptionally nice and helpful.
The lake is nice, but heavily toxic due to farming all around it. The next town (Aquitania) is about 40 minutes by bus, but they don’t see a lot of tourists there. I felt a little alienated roaming through the streets.
