This is the best place to stay for a quiet and relaxing rest. The cottage is warm and cozy in the winter. We had a tour of the farm and met the chickens, cows and lambs. The farm has beatiful views of the ocean. We were given fresh farm eggs to cook for breakfast among an array of cereals, jams and toast. We felt like we were home. I can highly recommend it here. It was the best stay in Tasmania.

Great place to stay if you have a 2 day pass to Port Arthur as it's only minutes away. Room was clean, warm and comfortable and the location also has a restaurant so dinner was sorted. Breakfast was not available but we were directed by staff to the lavender farm nearby which has good breakfast options. Loved the view of the bay from our window.

Cosy, clean cottage. Fresh eggs for breakfast. Beautiful location but the best part was a tour of the farm with Rod. Up close and personal with the gorgeous cows. Enjoying the magnificent views and seeing the cute lambs. Accompanied all the while by Dozer the dog. Just magic!

The actual farm experience with the animals. The owner Rod and his dog Dozer had all the time in the world for you. The view was magnificent and the country feel and quietness was glorious. Far from the maddening crowd just beautiful for a change. Thankyou Rod.

Rod was a very friendly host and we really enjoyed our walk to meet the similarly friendly cattle. A cosy stay in a basic farmstay cottage that doesn't pretend to be anything else.

The farm stay was amazing. Kim and Rod were very friendly and had alot of knowledge about the area aswell. The highland cows didn't disappoint. they loved being brushed and all cows were quiet and liked hanging around the cottage.

We loved absolutely everything! The cutest little cottage in the best location. The cottage was cosy with ample room. We loved meeting the animals and being allowed to have hands on experience. 100% would recommend Ruby’s Cottage Farm Stay.
