Everything was amazing. Rob was so welcoming it felt like we had known him forever. He was great with the grandkids and the facilities were better than we expected. We have done a lot of farm stays in South Australia and this was possibly the best we’ve been to.
The house we stayed in was clean and fresh and everything we needed was supplied.The best thing was no internet so being unplugged was awesome. The grandkids played outside on the ample selection of play equipment and didn’t miss their screens at all.
I would highly recommend.

For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. The location of the property was close to a nearby town. We met the co-owner of the farm and she explained about the farm. The co-owner also allowed us to explore the farm. We did see kangaroos the following morning. The Cottage was very quiet.
A lovely location on the farm overlooking the green paddocks with beautiful gum trees; only a short drive to Port Elliott, Goolwa and other towns in the district. The coast line around that area is superb and very enticing.
Beautiful. so tranquil. Quietly observing the ancient kangaroo world, a little trio of goats crossing the road, a chestnut horse, birdsong and beach only minutes away!. Hosts Tony & Wendy's Wenton Farm Cottages ensure the perfect holiday. Immaculately clean, super comfortable. Ideally furnished. Theyve thought of everything. Our 3 days was as restful as a week. Cant wait to come back!
A lovely little spot on the farm with a nice view. Not too far for a short get away and still close to nearby Middleton beach. We were greeted by a clean cottage with fresh eggs from the farm chooks, yum! Met the owner and their friendly farm dog. My 2.5 year old calls it her holiday home now. It was a great experience.
Everything was spot on. Relaxing rural setting but close to everything we needed. Archie Dog was great company throughout.
