Property is in a small farm setting. They have pigs, rabits, ducks, Tiroler cows, and last but not the least the star Rocky the dog.
Family lives in the building. We stayed at 1 bedroom apartment and it was more than enough and very comfortable for us. It was at the second floor of the house.
It was easy to access to the apartment and parking spot is available all the time.

The location of the Garni Rustica was approx. 5 min. walking distance from the Gaislachkogel gondola - perfect. In addition, the host in combination with 'Sport 4 you' offered a 50% discount for storage of skies and boots - perfect as well. The room itself was spacious; especially the bathroom. All was spotlessly clean. The host family was super friendly and provided all info we needed.
Compare to breakfast experience in Pension Andreas and Garni Rustica both in 2023 which were excelent, Garni Vierjahreszeien was bleak and the host couldn’t remember even simple requests repeated every morning 🤷🏻♀️ like not putting anything else apart from the salt into the scrumbled eggs
Rural location slightly out of town with amazing views, hearing the cows (and bells) taken in for milking, small and excellent value for money. Nice breakfast.
