We had an apartment on 3rd floor (be aware of the high stairs :) ), very clean, convienient with a nice view from balcony.
The place is located few houndred meters from main street - so you can hear the cars but it's really distant and not disturbing. It's built next to a barn with cows but it didnt cause any inconvenience - rather an attraction for kids.
The place isn't new, but it's well kept with this unique "mountain impression" which you don't get in modern places.
The owner (speaking german) showed us around (the apartment, seperate room for ski equipment, enough place to park) - very polite and friendly.
It took us about 12 minutes to get to Leogang and around 20 to Saalbach - so its a good place for skiing in the area for a good price.
Shops are located withing few minutes drive.
This farmhouse is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the centre of Leogang, and 6 km from the Asitzbahn Cable Car. It offers a sun terrace and a petting zoo. The free ski bus stops right outside....

Absolutely love everything. This was the best accomodation we had in Austria. Beautiful farm with really nice hosts, amazing view all around, in the nature and really great place for kids - farm animals you can cuddle, outdoor playground and big garden. Apartment was clean, modern and spacious, nice view from balcony. And everymorning there is bread service - fresh for breakfast. Love it and will be back next year!
