There were only benches on the terrace of the hut where consumption was mandatory with waiter service. There was no bench where you could simply rest. At an older age, it would have been nice to take a break after one slip.

Great hospitality from the owner Katherina and all people there. She has provided us all necessary information in order to organize our trip there like reservation of the ski equipment and ski pass, she always responded in where short time provided us information necessary for the safe arrival.
Breakfast was very good with lot of domestic staff: milk and eggs. Also, there are lot of interesting things for small children like domestic animals (horses, cows, etc...) and Katherina have taken us in tour with great patience.
We had a great time allowing us to take a break from our daily activities and to relax and sleep well in her accommodation.
Very close to all necessary facilities like ski lift, supermarkets and spa center in town.

The place is beautiful, the whole town is under your feet. The apartment we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a terrace where it was fun to have breakfast, dinner, and dry clothes. The hosts are very nice. They gave us a pass that gave us free access to the spa and discounts on the lifts. There are many well-marked walking trails around.

Beautiful place very nice and cosy rooms, and the host is extremely friendly. Came every morning during breakfast, and asked if we needed something, helping us plan for the day. Very friendly and very helpful. Just one word of caution - if you come with a classical bike, climbing from the Hofgastein involves app 270 meters of elevation. No problem on an e-bike. However, coming back from a long bike trip and climbing 270+ metres before you reach your room/shower/bed can be a bit frustrating.
For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!

Everything was as per expectation. Clean and nice house in very good location. Easy to get there and commute by car. Additional attraction for kids are farm animals, which can be touched and pet.
Quiet, nice place country style. 10min from Bad Gastein and 10min from Hof Gastein by car. Lovely animals at the farm. Great!
