For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
This was truly the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed and I had the best meal of my life — and that’s saying a lot since I come from NYC! The ingredients all came from their farm - even the wine - and were cooked to perfection!!! This place deserves one or more Michelin stars. The rooms were authentically Albanian, the staff so nice and welcoming…. and did I mention the food? ;) A truly memorable, one of a kind experience that shows off the best of Albania. I’ve been telling people it’s worth it to come to Albania just to eat and stay here!
What we liked, in addition to the view of the vineyard we had from our room, was the perfect synthesis between outside and inside. Wooden interior with attention to detail and simplicity. Helpful staff, very kind, smiling and very knowledgeable in introducing you to the farm and their production. We felt at home ❣️
Rural location and bar/restaurant on site although we didn’t dine there. AC was useful. Bed fine. We had to leave early so the wonderful Adriana who is such a delight, packed us pancakes and jam to go. She speaks fabulous English and went out of her way to help us. She has worked there for 6 years and her passion for the place shows.
Loved this place! Clean spacious rooms, nice view from the terrace. Real farm life around. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Excellent value for money.
The owner is very professional and friendly. It has a rustic vibe but very modern inside, the rooms are very spacious. The restaurant is amazing with fantastic food and great suggestions. I loved the atmosphere of the whole place.
The food was the best thing, offering a fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
When We arrived it was very busy because lunch was still going on (few 100 people can eat there) but check in was quick. Kristila accompagnied us to the room and just bef ore diner she took us for a tour around the farm were We could see cheesemaking, the winery, the meat storage. She did this in an excellent way! She also advice us to eat at the 'forest', a very cosy place outside which was really nice! Food was also great , breakfast buffet was super. The fresh juices incredible tasty.
Location is lovely with nice views over countryside and the rooms comfy. Food was generally good using products and ingredients from the farm. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
We loved the farmhouse vibe, a great way to experience agriculture and eat some interesting, well made food. The restaurant had an incredible atmosphere, staff were absolutely wonderful and the tour was fascinating!
