Clean, good breakfast, close to center of town, clean swimming pool, consistent cleaning service, good restaurant, bar where you can watch the latest sporting events, has Costa coffee branch attached to it.

Special thanks to Mr. Edmond for his exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and hospitality. Furthermore special thanks to Siraj, Loueline, and Reiner for their exceptional service. Finally, a special mention to Mr. Sitaram from housekeeping for his extra care of the room and leaving it in outstanding condition.
Loved the hotel which is also a zoo so you can visit and feed animals in your stay. The room was very spacious and clean they change towels everyday. The staff was very helpful and kind. It’s 10-15 min far from the airport and from the yas island by car.

U cannot find a place in uae directley in the desert with dunes that offers all the 5* services and still staff make you feel like home . Simply its an oasis in the middle of the desert . Motor bikes ,tent ,house, barbeque area, swimming pool، kids games , super service .......
(+) Great staff: Yousri (aka) "Yoyo" at the kids club was amazing; highly talented in dealing with kids from various ages. Mr. Younes as host has been extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Mustapha, duty manager, was very welcoming and was great at sorting out issues.

(+) The Spa: this has been a "royal experience". Luxury spa experience in a fantastic set-up. Have been in many 5* spas...this one is pretty much unique.
The staff friendly Nancy and Sam took great care of US all the while we were there from the small hicupp of booking tell departure also my grandfather 90 year old had FUN and enjoyed the serenity of the place my children had lots of FUN
The place is like a Family resort start at 8 and close at 8 however you can reach them 24/7 but it encourages you to be with nature
It has rustic traditional style living in modern way still with all luxury
The team at Millennium Central Mafraq were very welcoming and delightful! I felt they were very approachable at all times and that I could ask them about anything. Any enquiries I had were answered very effectively. Huge credit to the catering team at the Olive Branch too - they always put on a fantastic buffet spread. Room service was marvellous as well - I very much appreciated the replenishment of water and tea, as that made me feel at home!
