Rene and the ladies were wonderful hosts. The included breakfast was filling—yogurt, muesli, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, toast, tomato, avo, coffee, tea and juice. The bed was comfy, the spa was relaxing, and the water pressure in the shower was nice. There’s a shopping center about 5 minutes waking distance away with restaurants and a supermarket. For security there are two gates separating the accommodation from the road. Would recommend the place!

Unit is very spacious and well equipped. First guest house EVER to stock the fridge with cooldrinks, beers, ciders, cocktail and wine. As well as meat in the freezer! Very convenient and thoughtful! Host made us feel at home! Most beautiful garden!

Really enjoyed the quiet and safe nabourhood (the guesthouse is in a security village). Grobler's Haven is exceptionally located! Less than 1km from Groenkloof Hospital, close to Brooklyn Shopping Mall and sites such as the Union Building, Voortrekker Monument and Groenkloof Nature Reserve. It is also close to top schools like Affies, as well as the University of Pretoria. The owner and manager are very friendly and helpful. They assisted with an airport transfer (OR Thambo Airport is only 30 minutes away) and even helped to carry our bags to our room. The garden and pool are divine. Rooms are spacious and modern with crisp fresh bedding and equipt with Netflix, aircon, a fridge and a microwave. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👌
