The Blu Belle cottage is a real gem - perfect amount of space for a family of four, impeccably cared for, and very well thought out use of a cozy cottage. We very much enjoyed our stay in this cottage overlooking the Knysna River lagoon. So much that we ended up spending a lot more time than planned relaxing on the estate and taking advantage of its peaceful grounds and amenities, including the pool, pub, and nearby restaurants. It's also a quick drive to Buffalo Bay, Plettenberg Bay, and numerous other points of interest.

Loved the tranquility and will be back definately whenever we need peace and quiet/ I wish I had time to relax and read a book on the patio or spend some time under the trees wutg a BBQ. Food is available so no need to leave the Estate at all.

Situated overlooking Knysna Lagoon and the distant Outeniqua Mountains, the historic Belvidere Manor Lagoonside Cottages Hotel enjoys stunning views and a tranquil location. Excellent accommodation (cottage 13), well kept grounds, clean swimming pool. Good location next to lagoon.
