Built in the 1800’s as a private residence for the harbor master, this beautifully restored building, located in the V&A Waterfront, is home to one of Cape Town’s most exclusive boutique hotels. Staff are so friendly and amazing - especially Abigail and her reception team. The spa team with Adele was excellent. The pool guy was attentive and helpful. We stayed in Dock House 1 and the suite was amazing. Location is safe and very close to all the shopping and food. The gym was adequate for a holiday gym. Staff resolved the small issues that we did have quickly and without fuss. Excellent customer service.

Located right in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, this 4-star hotel offers a sun terrace with a bar. Free WiFi and parking are provided. The location was amazing and it was a convenient walk away from everything on V&A waterfront. Their service was great as well and from the time we checked in - we felt very welcome. The team at the reception, the servers who helped us at the restaurant and the bell captains all recognised us throughout our stay and made an effort to keep us comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job too. We extended our stay at the hotel by a day to explore capetown more. Also - our biggest worry was loadshedding before our trip (especially because we were travelling with young kids). The hotel worked beautifully on generators and everything was powered through that.

Located in Cape Town, a 15-minute walk from Mouille Point Beach, The Manor House at the Queen Victoria Hotel by NEWMARK provides accommodations with a fitness center, free private parking, a garden... The location, service , and room was excellent. Separate sleeping, bath, and sitting areas. The bathroom and walk in shower was very large. My husband was able to use the separate sitting area at night to surf the internet and not disturb my sleep. We felt safe with the security guard presence in the courtyard when we returned from the V&A Waterfront at nights.
