First of all prime location in cape town, very clean hotel , the pics are as the reality. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Melanie was our truster advisor in cape town she gave her number to text her for any activity or whatever we need in cape town and we did several times she was very responsive and a lot of nice ideas. Breakfast was amazing and the staff serving the breakfast as well were super nice. We felt at home during our stay. They make a memorable stay in cape town. Nice that we have a free parking. Would definitely go again.
