This Cape Town guest house offers a prime location in Mouille Point overlooking Table Bay. I spent 10 nights with these 4 beautiful hostesses and hostess. If I'm somewhere for longer periods of time for work or relaxation, I don't like staying in an anonymous hotel. Dolphin is a perfect place to feel at home and be by yourself. The ambiance is good, the people are great, the breakfast without beans is a great start to the day, the rooms are neat and homely. Finally, the place is very conveniently located for exploring Cape Town. I'll be back but I don't know when yet. Frank

Located within the Mouille Point district in Cape Town, Ocean View Properties - Apartment 701 has air conditioning, a patio, and sea views. There is so much to like about this apartment. Loved waking up to those spectacular views every day! Liked that the small things that make a difference were sorted out eg: kettle was clean inside & so was washing machine where you put the liquid in .The apartment was spotlessly clean. Nice touch, they gave us 2 bottles of wine. The bath towels were extra large. The bed was so comfortable...and so much more . Also, I really appreciate the help with 2 car parkings. Sean was excellent!!

Perfect location on the promenade. The view from the apartment is second to none! The host was very responsive to any questions. The apartment itself has just been renovated so was in pristine condition.

The location is perfect indeed in terms of proximity to the sea, the V&A Waterfront and lots of other shops and restaurants. Green Point Park is also right behind the property if you want to explore there. The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated, they even left out complimentary sparkling wine (a good bottle at that) and some snacks. The host was very warm, involved and accommodating ensuring I had the most pleasant stay, allowing for a late check in and check out caused by my flight reschedulings. Checking in and out was a breeze. Great amenities truly and you get to fall asleep to the sound of the sea every night. Overall a lovely stay and I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.
