Everything about this place is wonderfull, it is a gorgeous Villa which is beautifully decorated. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the bed is amazing! Liz and Carlo are wonderful hosts, the make you feel at home. The breakfast is amazing and the garden is a delight, especially in the evening when thousand little lights shine around the swimming pool.

Set within 3.1 km of Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and 12 km of CTICC in Cape Town, 23 Grace features accommodation with seating area. We had the best stay! Helena and Piotr are amazing hosts and went to so much trouble to make sure everything was perfect. The accommodation is spotless and very attractive, breakfast was delicious and ample, and Helena is very knowledgeable and can give great recommendations for things to see and do. We will be back.

This very comfortable and tastefully decorated B & B was lovely. From the delicious home-cooked breakfasts to the comfortable beds, we very much enjoyed ourselves. There were high quality toiletries in the bathroom and tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolate in the rooms which were replaced every day. There are four rooms available at the B & B, we took two of them. One of ours was particularly nice as it had a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

Located in Cape Town in the Western Cape region, Quiet & Cosy in Claremont has a patio. From the entrance, I was pleasantly surprised at the smell and the feeling of serenity of the room. Deidre supplied us with everything we could possibly need, and much more!!! There were also the biggest assortment of snacks and beverages I've ever seen in a guesthouse. The bed. linen and pillows are very good quality. The place is wonderfully peaceful. I will definitely go again!!

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the host. The kitchen was clean and smartly laid out. The bedrooms were all en-suite, spacious, with very clean linen and very comfortable pillows. The lounge was spacious n big enough for our family. The fire place was a thing of beauty(firewood provided free by the host). The swimming pool was very clean and our boys enjoyed a few swims. The property is in a very nice and safe neighbourhood with easy and quick access to the central town.

Thoughtful welcome touches, excellent lighting, freshly and tastefully decorated with everything one needs for a comfortable, secure and homely stay. Value for money. Communication and response time from James and Jo was excellent!

The host respond fast to enquiries. The stay was absolutely amazing. This was the best accommodation I have booked on Booking.com. It was self check-in, clean and private. The beds was extremely comfy and the home looked exactly as the photos. If you are looking for accommodation in Cape Town do not hesitate to book this accommodation. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. All I can say is WOW. Will definitely return😁
