The property is quite new and is a good 3-star hotel; clean, comfortable and well located, ( close to a French pastry shop and restaurants and the local night market ) and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The area was serene , safe and nicely maintained. Stephen and other staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great little balcony with my room and a free breakfast with eggs. It was good value and I would stay here again. Also as much free filtered drinking water as you wanted! A bonus “green touch” that I really liked.

Excellent place right on the beach with sun beds and umbrellas to use. The beach was very clean with warm and calm water in early January. We had a room facing the pool, but just a few steps from the beach. Room is clean. Good location. Short walk to restaurants and mini marts in the area. Great value. Lovely staff.

The location is also good a little far from the city but you have a free bus nearby that can go to the city all the way to the north. The room was clean.

AVS Hotel Phu Quoc has a restaurant, a bar and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Phu Quoc. I love the interior, the staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast buffet was incredible and changed each day. The pool was pleasant with a view, option to order drinks and charge the room. There is a shuttle bus for free after check out to the airport.
