They were helpful, hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special mention to 'Joy' at the reception, who was incredibly helpful in organizing and arranging activities for us. His professionalism and warm hospitality made a huge difference to our stay. The rooftop pool with sunset views was a highlight of our stay. And the huge breakfast spread was amazing. Overall, I loved my stay at AVS Hotel Phu Quoc and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

Beds were fine, bathroom was clean, laundry service was quick. WiFi and AC worked perfectly. The beach is around the corner, a little market is just a few steps away. And we can recommend visiting Anh Anh Spa, also just around the corner, very clean and nice spa. We enjoyed our stay!
