This most accomodating, beautiful people I’ve experienced. We are from Australia and stayed here for two nights, we then went back after a horrible experience at a different hotel. The manager put us up in a suite for coming back, messaged us personally if we needed anything. Just unbelievable experience! Out of all 5 hotels we stayed in phu quoc, roma hotel is unbelievably amazing!!!

The room was ready with very short notice on my reservation- which was really great. Very convenient location as the 'Kissing bridge' is almost down the stairs from the hotel. Comfy bed, toiletries, fridge, bottled water and kettle provided. Helpful staff and massage salon on the ground floor complimented the experience. It was a great one night stay in Sunset town!
