The staff is the best ever! They made my experience complete. I could arrive really early and shower in their guest shower and even sleep on a bed in the lobby for early guests

Probably the best hotel we've stayed at in our travels through Vietnam. Very helpful staff, beautiful and specious room and great breakfast. Staff went above and beyond. Gave us bikes to use and very helpful recommendations. Laundry great. Close to everything.

Quiet location yet very close to the lantern street and all of the restaurants and shops. Pool was a bit chilly for some but we are from Canada so not for us.

Ana and Lily, the hosts, were incredibly kind and sweet—so attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and taken care of, offering great recommendations and making sure all our needs were met. The location couldn’t be better! The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic Hoi An Japanese Bridge and other major attractions, making it super easy to explore the charming old town. You can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of Hoi An, with everything within walking distance. The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere that perfectly matches the charm of Hoi An. If you're visiting the area, La An Old Town Hotel is a must-stay. We had such a memorable experience and will definitely return!
