A szállodában 3 éjszakát töltöttünk, mert egy Vietnám-Kambodzsa túrát szerveztünk magunknak 14 napba belesűrítve. A szálloda 2-300m-re van a tótól, az éttermektől, a forgatagtól. Este csodálatos hangulata van ennek a kisvárosnak, imádtuk minden este végig járni és válogatni az éttermek, árusok választékából. A városban gyalog közlekedtünk, A szálloda készségesen segített a programjainkat megszervezni. A környéken My Son-ban jártunk, majd pedig egy napot szántunk Hue környékét felfedezni. Programjaink után mindig jóleső érzés volt megpihenni a szállodában, úszni a medencében, mindig nagyon kedvesek, mosolygósak, barátságosak voltak velünk. A reggeli svédasztalos rendszerben, fantasztikusan bőséges kínálattal, mindenki igényét kielégíti. Igénybe vettük a mosodai szolgáltatást is, ami nagyon profi volt.

Set in Hoi An in Quang Nam region, Allegro Hoi An - Little Luxury Hotel & Spa is 400 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge and Assembly Hall of the Cantonese Chinese Congregation. My family and I spent 4 days at this beautiful hotel. From checking in to checking out every minute of our stay was amazing. We spent warm afternoons at the pool. Got great advice regarding tailoring in the town and used spa and room service. Room is beautiful, spacious enough with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options and the location of the hotel is perfect since it is away from the town noise but close enough to go everywhere by foot. But we had two situations which I would like to talk more about. First of all, a day before our flight we realized that our plane tickets were canceled and there was no flight on that day. We got huge support from the front desk of the hotel, since they made the call to the airline instead of me and helped me with the rebooking process. And then when we had already left and were at the airport in Saigon I received an email from the hotel with a photo of my wife’s diamond earring which she lost and wasn’t even aware of. They organized shipping of the earrings to our hotel in Hanoi and I just can’t explain how grateful and amazed we are. Hotel and hotel grounds are really beautiful, but what makes this hotel so special is the people working there.

Excellent location. Just on the outskirts of the centre of the old town. Ideal location that was close enough to wander into the town but far enough for it to be quiet and relaxed. Lovely swimming pool that was needed on hot days. Good choice for breakfast. Really helpful and attentive staff

Mr. Ha and the night shift guy, as well as the lady on afternoon duty, are very nice and friendly. They're all accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
