The staff at Serene Nature Hotel, Lily, Rosie, Catherine, the bell boys and the manager, truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and genuine desire to accommodate our needs made us feel welcome at every moment. From check-in to check-out, the team's attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The hotel's location is a serene escape from the vibrancy of Hoi An's center. Surrounded by lush rice fields, it offers a tranquil atmosphere that allows guests to unwind and connect with nature. The rooms, clean and thoughtfully designed, provide a beautiful view that seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breakfast experience. A delightful mix of Asian and Western options awaited us each morning – a part buffet, a part à la carte. This culinary fusion perfectly mirrored the diverse charm of Hoi An itself. In conclusion, Serene Nature Hotel, despite its recent opening, has already established itself as a gem in the heart of Hoi An. For those seeking a peaceful retreat with impeccable service, breathtaking views, and a culinary journey, this hotel is a must-visit. Everything was perfect. The room is super spacious, clean and they provide free water and coffee. Inside the room they also provide anti mosquito spray and umbrellas. The breakfast has a lot of choice, from sweet to savory. The staff is very helpful and they can arrange for you everything you might need. I would go back to this place even tomorrow. Memorable stay!

We LOVED the pool area, and the extras like a room upgrade, free bikes, unexpected foot baths, and free laundry. A decent breakfast with an interesting mix of western and local fare. And the staff were so nice, not to mention being in such a lovely location by the rice paddies. There is an overpriced bar right next door, and a couple of walkable restaurants close by, but an easy 5-10 minute grab ride to many other options in town.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Also facilitates was very modern and useful and very comfortable to stay.

Anna and Moon offered exceptionally friendly and helpful service. The hotel and pool were just beautifully maintained. The rooms were comfortable and large with soft very large bed. Breakfast which was included in our stay was delicious. The Manager Mr Hung Daniel offered a wealth of information and was lovely to converse with. We will be returning here later on in our adventures throughout Vietnam as 1 night was not long enough to enjoy this hotel,as it was just so charming and the standard so high. It was exceptional value for money. We will stay here whenever we return to Vietnam on holiday in the future.

The staff was very lovely and helpful to organise a perfect visit in Hoi An. Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay to visit Hoi An. A true paradise next to the river. The breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel was also very good!!!

Quiet local area, beautiful pool, delicious calming breakfast, great staff (thank you Kim!) and mostly, fantastic room! Clean, spacious, well made, cozy. Felt like home and god knows it’s hard to do when you travel for a long time sometimes. We are beyond grateful.
