The property is located in a quiet area, 5 min drive to Old Town and 10-15min on a bicycle. It has a pool, a restaurant and a room for massage. The rooms are spacious and clean. The aircon is good and there is also a fan. Flower, is a lovely host, speaks very good English and easy to understand. Breakfast was included, always delicious! And we were able to eat in our own time, which meant we could sleep in if we wanted. Flower was very hospitable, made us feel right at home, we extended our stay by 4-5 nights. Great value for money, could not recommend this place more! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Flower ☺️

On New Year’s Eve 2024, they organized a delightful party and even shared thoughtful gifts with all the guests, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. As an extra touch of kindness, they prepared a convenient breakfast bag for us to take to the airport when we checked out. This level of care and attention to detail truly set them apart. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Ubytovanie Calm House 2 HOSTEL sa nachádza v destinácii Hoi An 18 min. This place is so peaceful right on the river away from the business of Old Town. So quiet and tranquil. I like that there are only 6 people in the dorm total. The other two rooms are private. I am now going to stay here for a few weeks in the private which has a stunning private balcony overlooking the water. The WiFi is really good for working, and the AC is super cold. There are fans in the room too. The patio out front is perfect for reading with a cup of tea. But the best part is the host family ¨̮ They are genuine, compassionate people that make you feel at home. They made my stay memorable, that’s why I’m booking longterm. I don’t want to leave!

Good location in a calm neighborhood, nice balcony with garden view, very clean in the rooms as well as in the garden, beautiful flowers, pool, breakfast in the garden and best of all: real nice hosts, especially the woman who makes breakfast. Perfect also: free bycicles.
