They go above and beyond to help you, are kind, professional, and good people who truly represent their country well. We were sad to say goodbye to them! The hotel and location was great and within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast is outstanding. The building and rooms are exceptionally clean, and staff is always cleaning everywhere - truly amazing! We will absolutely stay here again, and may consider returning just to experience the incredible service again.

A short 3-minute walk from the Opera House and Vincom Shopping Centre, Paragon Saigon Hotel (formerly Royal Lotus Hotel Saigon) is a modern property which features beautiful French-Vietnamese decor. This hotel’s location was great! It was walking distance to a lot of food options, shopping, Saigon Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, and Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon. The service at the hotel was definitely four star worthy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and afternoon tea was included.
