They go above and beyond to help you, are kind, professional, and good people who truly represent their country well. We were sad to say goodbye to them! The hotel and location was great and within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast is outstanding. The building and rooms are exceptionally clean, and staff is always cleaning everywhere - truly amazing! We will absolutely stay here again, and may consider returning just to experience the incredible service again.

Staff was extremely nice and welcoming! Our room was spacious and modern. We also had a nice little seating area on the balcony. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options: pho, banh mi, croissant, cereal, coffee, juice, fruit etc. The location of this hotel is great. Lots of shops and restaurants right around the corner, the Ben Thanh market is just a 10-15 minute walk away, 10 minutes to the post office etc.

The room is clean and pretty newly updated.the roof top swimming pool was clean with an excellent view. Air con is really cold.

This hotel’s location was great! It was walking distance to a lot of food options, shopping, Saigon Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, and Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon. The service at the hotel was definitely four star worthy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and afternoon tea was included.

Das Silverland Jolie Hotel genießt eine ruhige Lage in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt und bietet Aussicht auf den Fluss Saigon sowie den Pier Bach Dang. The service was very good from the bar to the reception . Big thx to Hana and the young masseuse , can’t spell her name :) but good hands . I like also the breakfast with good food selection and lots of fruits . Sauna door need to be fix and the steam room it’s to hot .. needs to have a thermostat . Over all very good .Staff speak good English and you feel very comfortable . Thank you

Seit seiner Eröffnung an Heiligabend 1959 ist das Caravelle Saigon dafür bekannt, dass es sich im Zentrum aller wichtigen Ereignisse dieser großartigen Stadt befindet. Fabulous Location and Excellent Staff. Everyone made us feel very welcome. We arrived after a long day and there was a guest appreciation party going on and a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. Very festive. They took our luggage up to our room and we joined in the fun and had dinner at the Opera Bar. Super good food. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were fantastic and very friendly. The maids made up the room on request. I can't say enough about the staff. Location: We had an Opera House View with views of the main square and other historical places. The area was kept very clean, and there were many activities outside the Opera House during our stay. An easy walk to many restaurants and scenic areas. Dong Khoi Street is now one way and it is much safer to cross the streets. And there are a few stop lights and cross walks that people actually pay attention to.
