Hyatt Place Washington D.C./National Mall ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från National Mall och har restaurang och gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. The location of this hotel is perfect for my stay. The petite African American lady in the morning who works as a Guest Service was very helpful and gracious to us. She lend me her phone charger from her office and gave it to me to charged mine. I had just arrived in States and I did not have the right plug. Mr. P at the front desk was also helpful. But, his lack of smiles and friendly face intimidated me a little bit. Their free breakfast was phenomenal. Hot food and fresh fruit salads was there everyday.
