Location is good, with restaurants in sight. Easy to access via metro, city bicycle or by foot. Room was super cozy and controlled with an app on your phone. Air condition worked perfectly along the lights etc. Very intuitive to use. Toilet was equipped with european taps and toilet, so it reminded of home and was a nice surprise! Staff was helpful and we could leave our luggage for the day after check out.

The staff were extremely warm and helpful. Room was clean and a great menu at the bar/ restaurant to choose from. Excellent location right next to the metro station.

Located in campus of Gallaudet University, the hotel is situated in an area listed in the National Register of Historic Places, with architecture dating back to the early 1800’s and beautiful grounds.... The hotel provides fruit water on the ground floor free of charge. It was very refreshing after a long day of walking. The location is convenient to reach downtown and Union Station via Metro. The surrounding area felt residential, safe, and quiet. It has great access to restaurants and food courts.

The hotel room was lovely and comfortable. We only spent one night there before catching a train from Union Station and found it very convenient. However, the best asset for me was the staff - SUPER awesome!
