Had basic amenities you’d need. Loved the rooftop patio with views of the Space needle! Nice gas grill. Location is in such a cute neighborhood.

Amazing location near the University of Washington. We were some ASU students in for the game this weekend and it was a great break from the desert heat. Nice neighborhood and close to the Wallingford strip of restaurants.

My grandson, 18 years old, was so taken with the property he kept saying this was how he was going to live after university and he was going to decorate his dorm just like the place. I agree with him, very well appointed and clean. The rooftop view blew us way ! The location was great. We walked to the U station and took public transportation to downtown, very cheap and efficient.

This motel is a 5-minute drive from downtown Seattle and the University of Washington. The motel offers free high speed Wi-Fi in every guest room. Office manager called my cell-phone to confirm that I were on the way to the site after I had landed at SEATAC Airport, and she was friendly and energetic about the area. I was allowed a late-checkout (half-hour extension) too.
