The house is clean and comfortable. The owner pays attention to detail. My wife was happy to see a pair of gloves in the kitchen that are helpful during the cleanup.

Situated in Seattle, 7.7 km from CenturyLink Field and 10 km from Space Needle, Modern, new & industrial in Georgetown offers air conditioning. Fantastically appointed kitchen (had everything you could possibly need, including a colander and grater!!). Lots of space, nice and warm. Two bathrooms was perfect for a family of four, lots of towels. Comfy beds, although more blankets would have been nice. Helpful and responsive host.

The cost is good for the budget minded traveler. Front desk is open 24 hours. Has a little store with snacks if you arrive way late that is also open 24h. Has a/c. Couldn't hear our neighbors.
