Left a coat and had to go back to get it several days later . Staff could not have been more helpful.

The cherry on top was the delightful surprise of receiving a complimentary champagne during check-in, making me feel truly valued and indulged with the outstanding service provided.

We were so lucky and had been upgraded to the "Arlington Suite" - really stunning! Located close to the pier the Alexis is a good starting point to explore the city. If you walk up 1st Ave you will find Pike Place market, most things that were important to us could be reached by walking.
