It features gourmet breakfast and evening wine tastings. ~ Beautiful and historic rooms in keeping with the house. ~ stunning gardens surrounding the property ~ Breakfast was fantastic - a 3 course meal with the main meal something different each day, cooked perfectly alongside fantastic service! ~ Lovely warm scones and cookies served in the afternoon and evening. ~ Complete with fantastic hour d’oeuvres served early evening which varied each day and all delicious ~ turn down service each night ~ relaxing place, quiet and peaceful ~ one of the best hotels in California!!

Located 6 minutes’ drive from Stearns Wharf, this Santa Barbara hotel offers free parking to guests. It also features hypoallergenic bedding and amenities. cute and cozy motel with very comfy beds, a great location and friendly staff. center of town is walkable but we enjoyed taking the free bikes to cruise down the beach!

Great for overnights or even 2 or 3 days, just keep in mind with the size of the room. The high ceilings made the room feel larger than it actually was and the staff was very attentive. Just keep in mind the hotel operates mostly as a "staff less" property, with staff mainly involved with the cafe and bar. Still 100% reachable through text. They also had first come first serve bike rentals with complimentary helmets which made it really nice to get around downtown - just make sure you lock the bike properly, bike theft is definitely prevalent and we are sure someone tried to take them at one point! Pourover coffee setup in the room was a definite plus!
