We had a spacious room, the bed was comfortable and everything seemed to be properly clean. Location is good, you can easily hop on a bus from this location

This charming boutique hotel near Union Square is our new favorite stay for S.F. it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, lobby very comfortable limited but tasty breakfast. Play area downstairs for kids and super friendly staff. 120 yr old building. Restaurant and a Happy Hour too Room was very nice, modern, comfy beds. Outstanding!
