My reservation didn’t show up in the system. I told the owner I had the confirmation number and everything to proof I did the reservation, but the started yelling at me saying it’s not his problem because is not in the system. He didn’t even look at my reservation in my phone. He told my to called booking and ask for my refund. I asked him to checked again and he got really mad and rude. Worst customer service. Customer don’t deserve to be treated like that.

Simple, clean, comfortable bed, great shower, enough parking for everyone. A nice coffee shop is right around the corner. The beach is across the street. We did not see any homeless around.
