Newly renovated and situated within 5 minutes’ walk of Ferry Building shops and ferries to Alcatraz, this luxury San Francisco hotel features guest rooms with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay... we once stumbled into the hotel a couple of years ago on accident and were enchanted by the incredible lobby. ever since we planned to spent a least one night there when we would return to San fransisco. this year we were able to make this dream come true and we were not disappointed. the room (king size bed with ocean view) was of generous size with both a great view of the bay bridge but also the sky scrapers. the room was modern and luxurious equipped, including a couch, a desk and a beautiful bathroom. the atmosphere in the lobby is cozy while the architecture remains breathtaking.

The gentleman in the front I believe his name was Jeremiah was super accommodating and customer service was amazing! He booked us on the 11th floor where there was a sun deck literally by our room. Before booking us in the room he notified us and even showed us that the previous guests had left candle wax on the carpet but my bf and I didn’t mind it. The room was comfortable and the views were nice. We hung out in the sun deck for a few hours too enjoying the sunshine. The restaurant next door was also great. S/O to Jeremiah, hope to see him again next time!

Famed bars, an awe-inspiring crystal chandelier restaurant, a fitness area and a glass dome indoor pool are featured at this landmark Financial District Palace. Beautiful place wonderful staff. Enjoyed its classic charm.

The hotel is very centrally located in downtown San Francisco just off Market Street. My room on the 8th floor was relatively quiet. I liked how guests were encouraged to use the bottles in the room to fill up water at the water station on the 7th floor, which was very environmentally friendly. There is access to the garden on the 3rd floor but your key is needed to get back into the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this Hilton is conveniently situated crossroads of the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. Great location to food and attractions, and they were helpful in helping us access all forms of transportation. The view from my window was breathtaking. I felt very welcomed. Staff was great, very helpful, and super accommodating, even at check out. The bell hop was Awesome!
