The hotel is amazingly well laid out, with rooms on several levels, which makes it feel very spacious and like you have rented a whole flat. The location and ground floor cafe (run by two wonderful people) are excellent, as is the wifi. I had some very good days there.

The condo was lovely, well appointed and in a great location. Walk to markets, restaurants. Located close to zoo, downtown and other attractions. Garage makes it great for those with car.

Very pleasant and cosy house with everything you need. We loved the big kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Location is great, close to everything. Michelle & Chris provided us a lot of helpfull informations about restaurants in San Diego. We would love to come back some day!

First and foremost, it was very easy to communicate with the host Gabe. Any questions or concerns I bought to his attention he immediately responded with little delay. The house has a driveway, and plenty of space on the street for parking (which I've noticed is hard to come by in San Diego). Neighborhood was quiet which allowed me to easily relax after my days of travel. I liked the fact the host left a binder which was more so like a "Welcome" binder. Inside the binder there were guidelines for the house, suggestions of attractions, and suggestions of places to eat. The list was very detailed on what the places had to offer, and it was like a personal tour guide in my hand! This binder was very helpful in my opinion, and I don't see gestures like this often. Magazines were available if you like to read. If reading isn't your thing you can chill and relax while watching the smart t.v. I liked the kitchen was FULLY equipped with a nice view of the backyard. I didn't get the opportunity to light up the fire pit, but it's a very nice size with a decent amount of seating around it. The linen on the bed was clean, plenty of towels, and the host provided cleaning material. I really liked this house! If you haven't noticed I'm picky about where I reside at night, and this house received my stamp of approval!
