Deedee and Ashley at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful during my stay at The Last Hotel. Ashley went above and beyond for me to help with a situation that was not connected with my stay with them. I am very grateful. The room and ensuite bathroom were very big and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the room decor and the coffee from the coffee machine in the room. It was great to stay in a historial building where they have kept the original flooring and ceilings to retain the history of the place. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Convention Centre and 10-15 minutes from the Metrolink station. Plenty of food options around the area to choose from. The hotel is on a main road that is well lit, and I had no issues walking around the area. General precautions still advised as it is in downtown St Louis.

My daughter had to be taken to the hospital. I wish I knew the names of the people who helped us. They called ambulance, they helped to keep my 9 yr old grandson calmed down. They handled the situation professionally and with compassion. We didn't even get to stay one night. We will be back for our little vacation we had planned Thank you so much

The food at the sports bar was excellent. Fish tacos, chicken strips, and pulled pork sandwich all amazing! Starbucks had the best staff, especially the male at cash (sorry don’t have a name). Fitness facilities top notch for a hotel gym.

21c Museum Hotel St Louis features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Saint Louis. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel/museum is beautiful. Very high tech and secure. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were professional and helpful. I loved the refillable water bottles. The drinks from the bar are strong. Great atmosphere. I would visit again.
