Breakfast was good should have more options daily and longer times during the week. 9:30 was when it was over and we do not get up till like 9. Also there is nice selections of different foods but for me I do not like sausage and they had that 2 days in a row.

Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast has a lot of choices and there is a pool. Ice machine on the floor.

Com um átrio, uma piscina interior e um restaurante, o Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North apresenta acomodações no centro da cidade de Phoenix. I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.

Everyone was so nice except one girl at the front desk. She was rude as rude can get and had no customer service capabilities. Other than that the place was great and the people staying there were very friendly. Would stay again as long as the rude front desk agent no longer worked there.

The Clarendon Hotel delivers vibrant bar spaces, large comfortable beds, and a relaxing courtyard pool. The hotel is very nice and clean!

Front desk staff was really friendly, super polite and professional. Rooms were comfy, only issue was that the heat didn’t work well in my room. Beds were comfy, TV had a great selection too! 😁
