This hotel is an absolute diamond. I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel, and I only stay at high quality hotels. Gorgeous towels, bed linen and the bathroom was immaculate. The little coffee shop downstairs was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was silent, I didn't hear a thing and got a perfect sleep. Honestly, stay here, you'll love it. No bath, but the shower is huge. Tons of hot water, and good quality shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Location was perfect for me, one block from my conference. It seemed to be easy access to everything, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend it.

This is one of the nicer Hyatt I have stayed at between the US and the Middle East. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean. Generally, this was an excellent location.

Very spacious and the staff were very helpful. As a tourist I had to ask for assistance on several matters. The reception and valet were able to assist me with my phone and the lady who was the night auditor, was so friendly to me and I’m so grateful. I had some tacos at the rooftop, so yumm and my server was super friendly. Would definitely return to this place.
