I loved this hotel. The staff were super helpful when I checked in and throughout my stay. The room was nice, the bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. It had a coffee machine in the room and the shop in reception had drinks, snacks and mini-meals. The breakfast was good.

Situated in Phoenix, 15 km from Copper Square, The Global Ambassador features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Very elegant and luxury vibe and feel. Service is excellent and staff is very responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Rooms were very clean, bed was soft and comfortable, and bathroom was clean and proportionate to the room.

Alexander at the reception is a good employee and professional, he was responsive to all our requests. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, many dishes. really liked it!

The Sonesta Select Phoenix Camelback is located, 1.3 miles from the Biltmore Fashion Park Shopping Center. It has a heated outdoor pool, and offers spacious rooms with cable TV. The staff was very commendating and helpful.

The staff were very lovely and accommodating from the get-go! I arrived at the hotel with only 1% left on my phone battery. I hen I asked if they had a charging station, they got a repairman to connect the PowerPoints in the lobby just so I could charge my phone. I was also supposed to check-in at 3pm, but instead they allowed me to check-in at 11am which was very convenient and something I was grateful for. The room itself was bigger than I expected, which is great because I love big spaces! The air conditioner worked wonders and the water pressure from the shower was amazing. I loved my bed and I was pleasantly surprised with how the main light was actually borders of the main mirror rather than a ceiling light. The location itself was nearby other shopping precincts, and so I got to experience many firsts as it is my first time here in USA. Overall, a pleasant experience was had at this hotel. I would highly recommend!
