This boutique Manhattan hotel is located in the Theater District and steps from Times Square. The hotel offers a daily continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour access to refreshments. The location is extraordinary! The hotel is located a mere handful of steps off times square and Broadway. Despite that, the room was surprisingly quiet. Both of us slept well and besides some buzz from the vent / AC I did not hear anything during the night. The room, bathroom, and community areas were clean and the room service very thorough every day. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast and included an array of bagels and danish pastry, packed butter, cream cheese and two kinds of jam, honey, two kinds of cereals, Yoghurt, some fruit, coffee, hazelnut coffee, decaf, an espresso machine, a selection of bagged teas, lemon-infused water, and orange juice. Among the best and most special things at this hotel, the breakfast room is used as a lounge during the rest of the day. The ambience / atmosphere here is lovely keeping the namesake Casablanca style (Moroccan tiling, pictures, bronze statues of wild animals) in a library style room with a cozy fireplace. Here, fruit, chips, sweet energy bars, coffee and tea, and a selection of cold drinks are provided for free all day producing an island of calm to have a break from the busy city outside. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and courteous but kept a relaxed and humorous charm all the while. Untypical for NYC, in no way were they detached or hovered above the things.

Modern vibes and amazing location. Walking distance to our main subway lines and other points of interest. One of the nights, my niece had a blister in her toe and front desk guys were very kind to give band aids. But not just any kind. He was thoughtful enough to show me all kinds of band aids so I can choose the best for our needs.

Conveniently situated in the centre of New York, Romer Hell's Kitchen provides à la carte breakfast and free WiFi. This 4-star hotel offers a fitness centre. Private parking is available on site. I read many reviews before booking a room here and they weren't lying when they said this place was quiet. We were wonderfully surprised at how quiet it was here considering it was so close to so many main NYC attractions. Quiet, cozy, convenient and the decor and atmosphere were lovely. The parking was conviently attached to the hotel as well.

Close to the subway and in a walking distance to major attractions. The staff was more than smiley and helpful in eveything. Didn't try breakfast inside the hotel, but at the Hard Rock Cafe that was at the entrance. It was perfect, both the atmosphere and the personnel.

I loved the kindness of the staff, the central position of the building and how the room was set up. I traveled with a baby and they made everything easier !

The room was excellent. Housekeeping was up to and above my expectations. Do not have words to describe the most fabulous location on earth, Smack in the heart of New York City.
