There was a clean, quite and comfortable room. The owner of the house was kind. Also there was huge free parking space in the yard. The point of the house was 15 min from the Ocean dr. So everything was okay. I recommended.

Quite satisfied with my stay in this comfortable and welcoming little house. Located not far from Miami International Airport (25 minute walk to the Metrorail station) and a few blocks from the bus stops and the main attractions of Wynwood art gallery and District Graffiti. Digital code entry, surveillance camera, hot tub and relaxation area with iron table and chairs. Tidy interior, fragrant and equipped with plates, cutlery, furniture, table with stools, bathroom, shower, bed, free wifi, flat screen TV and double bed. The Host made me find everything ready and arranged in order. The coffee machine with pods is excellent (I found 15, of different flavors and colors). Kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge and microwave working, like new. I liked the room ventilation service, the air conditioning and the hot tub. Everything is colorful, as in the photos. You will feel at home, you will not lack anything. During the day you will enjoy the sun and relaxation, while in the evening and at night no disturbance. Perhaps, the cars passing on the nearby highway. I assure you that the rooms are isolated and arranged with double door locking. It was not difficult for me to settle in and I would have preferred the presence of other hosts Al N.1 .I would suggest displaying emergency numbers, various flyers of local shops and specific bus lines to reach other areas, an external cabin to change into your swimsuit after swimming and a foldable ping pong table. Finally, adding glasses for cocktail parties, to be used to take beautiful photos near the graffiti. All in all it was beautiful and I had fun. To be done again, thanks Thumbs up

The property was as advertised, extremely clean and excellent location. Walking distance to bars. Maybe a 15 min drive from South Beach and 3-5mins from more bars and restaurants that wynwood area has to offer. My flight landed at 1am and keyless entry made checking in a breeze. I would most definitely stay here again.
