Everything about Novotel Miami Brickell is excellent, the staff are so attentive and really go the extra mile to make your stay one to remember. The hotel is always clean, food always good, roof top pool area and bar staff are great. Always feel safe and secure here.

With 4 pools, an on-site restaurant, and a 24-hour fitness centre, there's something for everyone at EAST Miami. Great location attached to brickell city centre all. Shops and restaurants are walking distance from everything which is perfect

Located in downtown Miami, this Hampton Inn is a 1 minute walk from the free Brickell Metromover Station. It features an outdoor pool and free WiFi. A daily hot breakfast is served every morning. Great people managing the hotel. The staff has been super helpful during and after the stay and I cannot recommend them more. Had left my wallet in the room and the staff (Lucas T.) emailed me to let me know that it had been found and arranged to have it shipped to me in no time. Received the wallet a few days latter with all the money I had in it. Very rare to find people that honest and helpful. Fully deserve their perfect rating.

Adjacent to the Miami Convention Center, this hotel is minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Miami. It features a daily breakfast and spacious, air-conditioned accommodations. I would like to thank the two ladies at the reception for going extra mile in helping us locate the contact informations of the proper person who could help us find our lost baggages from the airport because American Airlines was the worst airline to handle baggages. Their staff doesn’t want to help and provide proper contact information. They don’t care but this hotel receptionist was very kind and gave all support she can give. I will highly recommend this place specially our room was located on the best view on the river

I liked the full staff(everyone was super kind), the location , the building . On July 2022 I stayed at Indigo Hotel ... 23 days and this year the valet parking staff still remembered me .
