From the moment we arrived staff exceptional. Overnight staff helped me solve a coffee issue for a 4 am call I took in the lobby and Jorge at the front door made our last moments great. Movies in the pool and fantastic (not included) breakfast at the restaurant reasonably priced for what we saw in LA

The Sheraton Universal Hotel is ideally located just 0.3 miles or an 8-minute walk from Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. THE DECOR AND LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS FANTASTIC! The beds were so comfy - the rooms were spacious and airy! Fantastic location and the shuttle bus to the city walk was a fantastic service!
