The only "positive" thing I can say is that it taught me a valuable lesson: always double-check everything and trust no one, especially not the lies they post on booking websites. The whole experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. False advertising, terrible customer service, and outright theft of my money. If there's one thing to "like," it's the relief I felt when I finally gave up on getting my refund and walked away from this nightmare of a property. At least I didn't waste any more of my time staying in what was probably a dump anyway.
