Breakfast in their Snooze cafe was outstanding. Fabulous vibe and really delicious food. We had some issues on check-in, having arrived from UK after a long day of travel. There was a big party going on at the venue and we needed a more quiet room. Emilee from the reception team was extremely understanding and helpful and we couldn’t be more impressed with her and her manager Jennifer.

He remind my kid's birthday, congratulate, gave candies ... We felt special and familiar. The renovation is beautiful, the hotel has history. Very cool!

As soon as we entered we were greeted by a man who had not worked there long , but took the time to show us how to get to our room using the different codes in the lift. He showed us where everything was and the times we could use certain features of the hotel. The room had everything that we needed including a washing machine and a dryer, iron etc and hair dryer. We had our own kitchen area and a fridge/ freezer. It was modern and very clean and I cannot fault anything at all. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is worth the money. Bathroom was nice and had everything you would need.
